Marika Whitfield will come to your garden for a 1 ½ hour onsite consultation. Normal service areas are the Gold Coast, Queensland. Consultations are food gardening based and include a chat or email about what you will need her to look at and any garden ideas you want to see fulfilled, a visit to the garden, advice on plants, pests, soil and placement, up to 3 basic soil pH tests and if applicable and a ‘mud-map’ sketch plus notes if achievable within the time frame. To help Marika provide the very best quality consultation for you... • provide a few basic plan view drawings of the garden for her to sketch on. This saves precious time during the consult, which will go surprisingly quickly! • have a list of plants that you want to grow in the garden • look at your garden and try to note roughly where the sun shines and how long for • remember to tell her if there are any boggy areas or drainage problems • think about any particular gardening issues that you need looked at
